Kathy is a dynamic professional with a diverse business background whose analytical, office management, customer service and sales skills keep CBG’s brokers and customers satisfied. A Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Regis College and a multitude of post-graduate Business courses have added to her knowledge base and overall success. Kathy also holds Life and Health Licenses in Massachusetts.
Benefits Account Manager

Meghan Noyes graduated Magna cum Laude from Endicott College in May 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. After graduating, from college she went to work for Appleby & Wyman Insurance Agency, Inc. in Beverly, MA. For 5 years, she assisted in developing the agency’s Benefit Department and handling client service issues, renewals and the marketing of new business. In June 2012, Meghan joined CBG Benefits Group Inc. as an Employee Benefits Account Manager.
Meghan is licensed as a Life and Health producer as well as a Property and Casualty Producer. With her experience in negotiating rates and facilitating services issues, she has the ability to help clients implement and manage cost effective benefit plans that meet the needs of the employees as well as the employers.
Senior Account Manager

Sarah Tanner has extensive experience in the worlds of Employee Benefits, HR Administration, and Finance. Her ability to proactive meet client needs makes her an invaluable asset. As a Senior Account Manager, Sarah works closely with clients to help solve their needs regarding health and welfare benefits, employee onboarding, open enrollment, employee communication, employer compliance, workplace wellness, and more.
Sarah previously worked as Manager of Client Services with Mosse and Mosse Associates, a position that she held for more than 8 years. Prior to that Sarah held the position of Assistant Finance Director with the City of Boston Transportation Department.
Director of Marketing

Jason brings more than 14 years of marketing and technology experience to CBG Benefits. He is primarily responsible for managing, executing, and measuring our firm’s corporate marketing and client communication efforts.
He has successfully led efforts in the areas of brand awareness, lead-generation, and product/service launches. His skill-set covers the full spectrum of multi-channel marketing, including print, email, web, social media, video, mobile, and more.
