Some of the key job responsibilities will include:
- Managing the annual renewal process to ensure that our clients’ employee benefits programs support their financial and organization goals
- Using consultative insight based on benchmarking/demographic data, claims reports, cost projections, and more to support decisions for change
- Supporting clients with their day-to-day needs, including claims resolution, answering benefit-related questions, providing compliance resources, and more
