- The university claims that Obama’s health care law violates the school’s religious freedoms
- The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals must now pass judgment on issues that previously declined to rule on
How This Effects Employers
As this process moves along through the court system, we will certainly keep a watchful eye. But at this point, it certainly makes sense for companies to take steps in line with the thought that Health Care Reform is moving forward.
